Steve Fithian formed Visions Realty and Investments, Inc. in California in 1988, while still holding the position as Controller for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Operation for California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Texas. He eventually began concentrating on brokerage full-time, moving his family from California to Texas in 1990, to pursue his brokerage business.

Now operating as Visions Realty and Investments, Inc., the brokerage company “gave birth” to the very important sister company, Frontline Property Management, Inc. in 1997. Together, these companies work in conjunction with one another to offer unique “turn-key” service to any level of investor across many different product lines.

Steve also owns SVN | Trinity Advisors in partnership with James Blake, which is a commercial real estate brokerage, specializing in selling, leasing and management of commercial properties including multifamily, mini-warehouse, office, retail, industrial and land. He also organizes, manages, and acts as the general partner in property syndications.

Fithian holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is the former chairperson of the North Texas Chapter CCIM Membership Committee. In 2011, he was named a counselor to the Society of Exchange Counselors. He is a member and former chairman of the Society of Commercial Realtors in Fort Worth. In 2008, he received the Charles D. Tandy Commercial Realtor of the Year Award, which is given by the Society of Commercial Realtors to the Realtor who best exemplifies the highest professional standards for commercial real estate.

In 2002, he was awarded the William C. Jennings Award for Commercial Transaction of the Year in Texas by the Texas Association of Realtors. Fithian also has received several sales awards from Sperry Van Ness including Partner’s Circle awards in 2005, 2006 and 2014, as well as the Achiever’s Award in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Fithian is a licensed broker in Texas and California, and is a certified public accountant. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics with an emphasis in accounting from Claremont McKenna College. Steve and his family love to travel.

While on vacation, Steve fulfills his love for adventure through scuba diving, skiing and hiking. He also is an avid runner and completed his first marathon in Fort Worth in 2010; followed up by running the 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 events as well.
